Mt Hodosan-Chichibu-Saitama It was the start of the spring, around Mid April 2024.  We had planned to Hike Mt.Hodosan on a Cloudy morning, as the temperature was already a bit Warmer.  The  start point of Mt. Hodosan Trail  is   500m from  Nagataro Station. So we parked the car in the parking lot right next to that station. It was a bit costly.  There were other parking which were far more cheaper like 300Yens for the whole day which can be found  on the way to the Trail start from Nagataro Station.  Mt. Hodosan has a Ropeway all the way to the top. It also a wide road for cars to reach until the top. At the Foot of the Mountain is a nice big Shrine right next to start of the trail.  Parking: Near Hodosan Shrine Nearest Station: Nagataro Station Hike Time: 2hrs(Up&Down) With Some breaks Towards: Family, Solo   Rest Rooms: At the Top & Base
